Logging into the Portal as a Returning User
How to Login to the User Portal if You're a Returning User
The login credentials are for the account administrator. The administrator can create additional users (further explained in the Account Basics section). 1. Visit the UC Portal 2. Use the following credentials to log in: * Email * Password: Make sure to use the password you created in the Manage Account section (not the temporary password provided in the welcome email).
Both fields are case sensitive, so make sure that you have entered the correct credential information.
Once you have successfully logged into the online user interface, proceed to the account basics (specifically the Users) section of this guide.
