Account Setup

Create Your Leap Account

There are two primary ways you can create your account and sign up for leap services.

  1. Sign Up for IVY through LEAP web site
  2. Sign Up for IVY through Leap Portal

Option One: Sign Up for IVY through LEAP Web Site

  1. Navigate to the browser of your choice (e.g. Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) and go to the following web site: https://leap.tel/. You can also click here and you will be directed to the Leap web site.

  2. Scroll down to the plan options section, which is titled Plans from $0-$20. Select the Learn More button that is associated with the specific plan that aligns with your service needs the most. The plan options provided are A la Carte, Starter, or Professional. Clicking the Learn More button within the desired plan will redirect you to the Pricing page.

Alternatively, you can select Pricing located at the top of the Home page in the menu bar.

  1. Once you have navigated to the Pricing page, review the Simple Pricing section. This section provides an evaluation of the features each plan offers and aids you in determining which VoIP service plan can be best customized to your needs. Select the Get Started button within the desired plan.

  1. After selecting the Get Started button within the desired plan (on the pricing plan page), you will be redirected to the getting started or sign up page. A sign up form will be displayed on this page. Fill out the necessary information in the sign up form. The following pieces of information will be required to get you started:

  • User or Company Name: Enter your name or your organization's name in this field (e.g. John Doe Corporation)
  • Email Address: Type in your personal or organization/business email address (e.g. john.doe@gmail.com)
  • Street Address: Type in your personal or your business/organization's street address (e.g. 1234 56th Street). Hyphens/dashes are not accepted.
  • Country: Select the country abbreviation or country code from the drop down menu (e.g. United States is 'US')
  • City: Enter the city (e.g. 'Denver')
  • State/Province: Select the state abbreviation from the drop down menu (e.g. 'Colorado' is 'CO')
  • Postal Code: Enter the postal code that is associated with your address (e.g. 80211)
  • Contact Number: Enter the your personal or business contact number (e.g. (123)-456-7890)

  • Select the Get Started with Leap button. A verification / notification message will appear at the bottom of the form confirming that the sign up process is complete and to check your email/inbox for further registration instructions.

Option Two: Sign Up for IVY through LEAP Portal

Alternatively, you can sign up for IVY through the LEAP Portal.

  1. Navigate to the browser of your choice (e.g. Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) and enter the following link: https://uc.leap.tel. You can also click here and you will be directed to the main portal page.

  2. Select the Sign Up button.

  1. Enter the necessary information (this is similar to what you would fill out on the sign up form via the LEAP web site):

  • User or Company Name: Enter your name or your organization's name in this field (e.g. John Doe Corporation)
  • Email Address: Type in your personal or organization/business email address (e.g. john.doe@gmail.com)
  • Street Address: Type in your personal or your business/organization's street address (e.g. 1234 56th Street)
  • Country: Select the country abbreviation or country code from the drop down menu (e.g. United States is 'US')
  • City: Enter the city (e.g. 'Denver')
  • State/province: Select the state abbreviation from the drop down menu (e.g. 'Colorado' is 'CO')
  • Postal Code:Enter the postal code that is associated with your address (e.g. 75024)
  • Contact Number: Enter the your personal or business contact number (e.g. (123)-456-7890)
  • Terms of Service: After reading the Terms of Service, acknowledge the agreement by selecting the checkbox.

Once you have filled out the sign up form, select the Sign Up button. If you would like to terminate the sign up process or go back to the customer login page, select the Cancel button.

After selecting the Sign Up button, if you are redirected to the Customer Login Page, then the sign up process has been completed successfully. You should receive an email titled Login Instructions with further pertinent account information.
